Our first Rotary Basket Raffle last year was a great success, and we are excited to host our second annual event at this year’s Crown of Maine Balloon Fest! We need your help!

We are now soliciting baskets from our local partners that will be featured and raffled off during our event. Please consider donating a “basket” of items around a theme of your choice.  Perhaps you want to theme it around the kind of service your business offers, or maybe you’d prefer to do something else entirely. We can help you with that! We have several suggestions that might appeal to you.

While we are calling it a basket raffle, you do not need to use an actual basket. Any kind of container or no container at all are acceptable. Please be creative! We ask that entries have a minimum value of about $200.

Your company’s name will be displayed with your entry and included in some of our promotional materials. If you aren’t able to do a basket on your own, please consider donating something we can combine with other donations to form a community basket.

Don’t worry, we don’t need your items right away, but we do need to know if you are taking part and what your theme will be. Please complete and submit your registration here.

Items will be displayed at the Northern Maine Fairgrounds on August 28 & 29, where people can purchase tickets to put in the buckets of the items they hope to win.
