Join us November 23rd for our Annual Dessert Auction!

This event features over 75 silent and live auction items available for bid AND select Buy It Now Items are available until the live auction begins. This event is FREE to attend and has three ways bidders can take home items:

  • Buy it Now (estimated 5-7 items) *A guaranteed way to bring home a treat!

  • Silent Auction (estimated about 50 items) ranging from breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and more

  • Live Auction (estimated about 25 items): These items are typically larger and/or more complex items like cheesecakes, specialty pies, charcuterie platters, etc.

Attendees will arrive, be assigned a bidding number and paddle and will be able to peruse the silent auction items, visit the cash bar, and preview live auction items until the live auction begins at 7pm. The live auction will pause midway to allow for final silent auction bids to be placed and then the live auction will resume.

Funds from the Dessert Auction also support PI Rotary Youth Programs that take place in Ashland, Easton, Mapleton, and PI schools like:

  • Thesaurus Day

  • Rotary Reads

  • Great Maine Book Tournament

  • Book Donations to SAD 1

PI Youth Hockey will receive up to $3,000 to support

  • Medical Bags: Providing essential supplies for eight teams.

  • Ice Time: Helping offset the cost of valuable practice and playing time.

  • Tournament Fees: Supporting opportunities for your players to compete and grow.

  • Hockey Clinic: Providing a down payment toward a future clinic to help players develop their skills.
